My BDSM Experience - Part II

I started getting into BDSM 2 1/2 years ago and quite accidently which is kind of funny. I was on a dating site looking for a "normal" relationship. I came across a personal ad from a Dom who was seeking a submissive.
Prior to that, I did not know what BDSM was. The only thing I knew was just the visual stereo type that videos and pictures portrayed it to be. Through our email writing, he possessed a strong dominant character which was a total turn on for me.
Privately, I have always liked strong dominant men who can take the control "in the bedroom ONLY". Outside of that though, I like to be in control. I have always been sexually experimental, sometimes taking risks that I shouldn't be taking. I also sometimes felt a sense of shame and embarrassment for having the kind of sexual wanting or/and fantasies that I had.
Having met people in the BDSM network that I was introduced to though, made me feel kind of "at home". As if I wasn't alone and the only one who had these wantings.
For the last 2 years though I still felt the shame and I fought my BDSM urges because of my urge also for wanting a loving 1 on 1 normal relationship. My ideal perfect relationship is to meet a man who wants a BDSM and normal relationship, but I know it will not happen. Having met my current Master, I decided to enter the lifestyle again and so I will just see how things go with my Master.
